If your child has special dietary needs, the state of Ohio requires schools to have a new note every year from a licensed physician to keep on file. This note must indicate the kind of allergy or food intolerence, if it is life threatening or non life threatening, what happens if the child comes in contact with the food, what to do if the child consumes the food and what should be substituted in place of that food. Substitutions will only be made for a child with a doctor's note. If students are lactose intolerant, we now offer a lactose free milk.
